My Electron Wheel is contacting my fork.

We've worked hard to engineer a system which is as universal as possible, and are proud that our system is compatible with most bicycle systems on the market. However, with thousands of fork types, angles, and widths, available today, we do occasionally experience a fit issue with our system. If you are encountering any interference with your wheel, the first step is to identify exactly where on your wheel and bike the interference is occurring.

Please reference below for some advice in each circumstance:

Side to Side interference

- Install one of the included washers on your axel, in between the Electron Wheel's motor housing and your front dropout.

- If this does not correct the issue, please reach out to our support team with a photo of the interference and we'll be happy to continue troubleshooting with you.

Topside interference between tire and crest of fork

- This interference issue will require you to install a smaller tire on your Electron Wheel. Please reference articles on How do I switch the tire on my 26"/700c Electron Wheel?
